TOTS is a fully open access journal, which means that all articles are available on the internet to all users immediately upon publication. Content use and distribution in any medium is permitted, provided the author and the journal are properly credited. Authors of papers retain the copyright and full publishing rights without restrictions.

Articles in TOTS journal are published under Creative Commons CC-BY license (Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).

Under the terms of a CC BY license one must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. It can be done in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses this use.
